Reformer Pilates Class


Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Classes range in ability level.

Fundamental Pilates.
A gentle class perfect for those that want to work on the foundations of all the Pilates matwork exercises.

A mixed ability class offering alternatives for each exercise. This class keeps pace and flow, therefore, suitable for those with some Pilates experience.

Dynamic Pilates.
This class takes from a number of different approaches, including the fundamentals, classical and use of props. A fun and challenging class, some previous Pilates knowledge is beneficial.

Classical Pilates.
Joseph Pilates' Classical Matwork sequence. 34 exercises designed to strengthen and stretch the whole body. This is an advanced class and not suitable for beginners.

Matwork Pilates Class


Our yoga classes are predominantly based on Hatha yoga, occasionally crossing into other styles to help tailor to the classes needs. Enjoy a combination of stretches, strengthening postures, breath work and meditation.

Yoga Class


Taking all the main principles from ballet, this class will aim to help improve posture, balance, coordination and more. Work though your plies and tendus for a full body workout to help lengthen and tone muscles while continuously working on core strength and balance.
