Yoga Class

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every punch is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

STRONG Nation™

This class does exactly what it says on the tin! Exercises focused on toning up those key areas using a combination of body weight, free weights, dynamic and static exercises.

Legs, Bums and Tums

Taking all the main principles from ballet, this class will aim to help improve posture, balance, coordination and more. Work though your plies and tendus for a full body workout to help lengthen and tone muscles while continuously working on core strength and balance.
