FAQ's

Can I just turn up for a class?

Due to limited spaces in classes, booking is required for every class. However, you are able to book the class right up until it starts. It is also essential to book encase the class has been cancelled or changed in any way.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Yes! Most classes require a mat, you will also want to bring a bottle of water with you. For the more active classes a towel may be a good idea!

What should I wear?

Sports wear is advisable for most classes. It is important that you are able to move easily in clothing. Classes such as Pilates, Yoga or Ballet can be done in either bare feet, socks or ballet shoes. Aerobic based classes such as Zumba, Strong Nation and LBT require trainers.

Is there parking?

The parking directly outside the studio is private land. If you park there you do run the risk of receiving a fine. After 6pm there is the single yellow line which can be parked on. Crocker Street is free for 1 hour and then between 6pm-8am. There are various supermarkets that allow 1.5hrs free parking also.

Is there an app?

Yes! You can download the app by searching for Fit by Wix. The invite code is WVRLIC.
