Matwork Pilates Class

Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Classes range in ability level.
Fundamental Pilates.
A gentle class perfect for those that want to work on the foundations of all the Pilates matwork exercises.
Pilates.
A mixed ability class offering alternatives for each exercise. This class keeps pace and flow, therefore, suitable for those with some Pilates experience.
Pilates with Props.
This class takes from a number of different approaches, including the fundamentals, classical and use of props. A fun and challenging class, some previous Pilates knowledge is beneficial.
