Taking the principles from ballet, this class will aim to help improve posture, balance, coordination and more. Work though your plies and tendus for a full body workout to help lengthen and tone muscles while continuously working on core strength and balance.
Cancellations made 24 hours in advance can request a refund (transaction fees may apply). Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. Any booking that is rescheduled will no longer qualify for a refund.
